Donations of clothes, toys and books
Both families, the one from Bucharest and the one from Sibiu, donated clothes, toys and money. Because we support transparency, we will write about everything, only hiding the donor's name if they wish to remain anonymous.
For now we can only mention the donations in clothes, toys, books, food and other items, not the money also because we are not yet officially an NGO and we do not have a definitive bank account. After we do that we will be able to officially receive money donations and the hosts in the village will be able to see the sum of money that the NGO received for the services that they provided to tourists/students.
One of the families which arrived for the camp will donate to us using a contract, making the donation via their company. So you too can also be hosted at the Chinese Camp if you wish to donate via your company. :-)
To the sum of money received from the tourist-donor, the Leisure&Chinese Association will also add a sum which will help the hosting family thermally isolate their house, and after that in the spring they will let us know the difference in the quantity of wood that they had to use before and after, and also the change in the level of comfort.
